MAGNESIUM CITRATE – Magnesium is an essential mineral for supporting muscle and nerve function and energy production. It can help calm a busy mind and support deep, restorative sleep. Magnesium Citrate is the primary ingredient in Ultra Magnesium to relieve symptoms of post exercise fatigue, joint mobility and repair, anxiety relief and improved cardiovascular health. Magnesium Citrate will also promote regular bowel habits, ensuring excess circulating hormones and waste are excreted regularly.

VITAMIN B COMPLEX – B Complex vitamins are essential for daily metabolic processes. They are vital in reducing fatigue, supporting nervous system health, energy production, mental focus, clarity and concentration, and general health and wellbeing. B Vitamins cannot be stored by the body, so need to be consumed in the diet or as a supplement. Extended cooking, food processing and excess alcohol consumption can destroy or reduce the bioavailability of many B Vitamins, therefore replenishing with a B complex will support your body’s daily requirements.

• Maintains general health and wellbeing

BIOTIN – Biotin helps maintain major body systems, efficiently utilising enzymes and carrying nutrients throughout the body where needed. One of its primary roles is to regulate the formation of our DNA. Biotin helps regulate blood sugar levels, supporting glucose, sugar, and carbohydrate metabolism, which maintains energy production. It also contributes to the health of hair, skin, and nails, as well as playing a key role in alleviating muscle and joint inflammation, aches, and pains.

• Converts fats, carbohydrates and proteins into energy

• Assists the body’s cells function well

• Promotes healthy hair, skin, and nails

• Vital for DNA replication

FOLINIC ACID – This naturally occurring vitamin is one active form in the group of vitamins known as folates, found in many foods, and required by the body to produce healthy red blood cells. Menstruation, especially when heavy known as menorrhagia can deplete the body of healthy blood cells contributing to fatigue, feelings of weakness and tiredness.

• Supports red blood cell production

• Supports cardiovascular health

• Supports brain health

COENZYME Q10 – COQ10 is a powerful antioxidant that protects cellular tissues, primarily the energy producing mitochondria found within every cell. Age can contribute to a decline in this compound resulting in low energy and lowered immunity. COQ10 is cardio protective, supporting cardiovascular health and blood vessel dilation while reducing the formation of free radicals in the body.

• Supports heart health

• Reduces free radicals

• Decreases damage to the body cells

• Supports healthy immune system

CURCUMA LONGA – Turmeric comes from the root (rhizome) of a flowering plant in the ginger family, the Curcuma Longa plant. The active ingredient Curcumin has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects as well as anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties. It is one of the most well researched and loved supplements for its benefits for general health and wellbeing and digestive support. In Ultra Magnesium, Curcumin can assist in relieving abdominal bloating, inflammation, menstrual and muscle cramps and pain.

• Reduces free radicals formed in the body

• Relieves inflammation
