I was going to cancel my appointment with Lynsey so many times over the past couple of weeks, but I am so glad I didn't. It was like talking to a friend, Lynsey was able to highlight and explain things that are going on with my body post menopause, and changes that we can make to hopefully make things easier for me as I slide into my senior years! Everything was so easy to understand and makes perfect sense to me, I would 100% recommend these sessions. I'm looking forward to getting started and seeing the changes.
