Shipping policy

"We use Australia Post to ship your purchases. In this COVID world, we've made some adjustments to our shipping so that we can send every parcel with Tracking.

This is our shipping and returns policy that applies to all orders placed on our website.

Shipping

We currently use Australia Post to ship your purchases.  We currently ship all purchases with tracking.

We may change or supplement our shipping method as necessary.

We may ship your order in more than one package.

We do not guarantee delivery times.  All shipping times are estimates only.  For gifts or special occasions, please order early.

Shipping Within Australia:

STANDARD POST with tracking within Australia is FREE when you spend over $99 in one order. 

Any purchase under $99 in one order will be charged a flat fee of $10 for shipping and tracking in Australia.

EXPRESS POST is available for shipping to certain areas for a fee of $15. Express Post means your parcel will be prioritised by Australia Post and delivered ahead of any “Standard” post. You will be sent a tracking link, so you can keep tabs on the whereabouts of your parcel at all times.  Free Express Post is not available.

Shipping Outside of Australia:

At the present time, we will ship most products to New Zealand.  The shipping fee is $15 including tracking, regardless of the order total.  We reserve the right to quote on shipping for large or bulk orders.  We don't have an Express Shipping option available for overseas destinations.

Prices shown are in Australian dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase.  You may wish to contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Packaging and Handling

We DO NOT charge for packaging and handling, as it's our joy and honour to personally wrap your purchases. Please also allow a couple of days for me to beautifully and carefully package up your curated beauty goodies. We are a small team working hard behind the scenes to bring you the most bespoke service I can. Thank you for choosing to shop with me. Thank you for supporting the You Must Try It team, so we can keep bringing to our community the best products we have researched and tested based off talking to some of the greatest minds in the world. This is what beings us joy and we hope it does to you also.

Returns

We hope you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from YMTI.  We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.  In that event, you can return a product that you purchased from us subject to the following terms.

Importantly, the rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.


For any undamaged product, simply return it in its original packaging along with the original receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.  Please contact us prior to sending it back to us for a Return Identification Number and return shipping address.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance – and we also recommend that you use tracking.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the date you receive the product to arrange refund and return.
