We hope you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from YMTI.  We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.  In that event, you can return a product that you purchased from us subject to the following terms, refer to our returns page.


For any undamaged product, simply return it in its original packaging along with the original receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. 

Please contact us prior to sending it back to us for a Return Identification Number and return shipping address.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance – and we also recommend that you use tracking.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the date you receive the product to arrange refund and return.

We pack your order within 24 hours, and aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $99

We only ship to Australia & New Zealand only.

Once you have accessed your account navigate to the subscription section here you can make your desired changes. You can reschedule or cancel your subscription. You can also remove a product or swap.

To unsubscribe from newsletter you can follow the link located at the bottom of any email.
