For customers who don't know where to start or what to buy. This appointment is not a detailed Health Appointment. Health Reports & Health Questions are to be booked through the Initial Health Coaching 60 minute appointment.

Have questions following your Health Coaching Appointment? We are offering follow up sessions - 15, 30, 60 minute appointments are available. Only for people who have completed their initial appointment.

Feeling great after implementing the advice from your initial appointment? We are offering a discounted 60 minute appointment so you can take the next steps on your Aging Well Journey. Only for people who have completed their initial appointment.
Health Coaching Diagnostic Testing
If you have recently have completed any pathology testing our in house Nutritionist will be able to explain your testing results to you and point you in the right direction.

I had my fitgenes consultation with Alannah and it was incredibly informative. It was like seeing the light at the end of the myriad of rabbit holes I had been down. I didn't know what to expect from my first consultation but Linsey was so easy to talk too, the hour consultation went so fast. She is very knowledgeable and explained things in an easy to understand way and connected a lot of dots for me. She didn't over whelm me, offering advice and steps I can put in place to slowly make changes. The follow up email sent through summarising the consultations was a great help. Thank You
