Favourite love/hate product
I love this product (with a slight hate in the beginning). After the initial 2 mins, I feel my body relax and the heat warm through my body. I love using this mat just before bed for 10mins. It relaxes my muscles, reminds my body to breath and calms my thoughts. It is great to also adjust the level of pain/endurance based on placement and need; hard floor with minimal clothing (deeper/intense) to soft bed and pyjamas (relaxation).

Love my new Shakti Mat
This mat is a whole new game changer. I’m addicted and so is my husband. After the initial 30 seconds of adjustment, I enjoy the warm tingling sensation of the spikes and I feel the muscle tension melting away. It is so relaxing that I fall asleep every time. I paired it with the Shakti Pillow for great support. I love it - highly recommend

Not for the faint hearted
The first couple of times I used the Shakti mat I had a light T-shirt on. I thought this is not that bad. Then I used it with bare skin wowsers!! 😂
Despite the discomfort I have noticed an improvement in my sleep so if you can push past the pain point I think the mat is worth a try.
