1. Assemble the chord with the manual dial
2. Attach Manual dial to remote, and attach remote to your Mat
3.turn the manual dial to halfway power or more, NOTE it will click to turn on.
4.Turn the Mat on with a 3 second hold of the power button.
5. Adjust the power to comfort (1-low to 5-high) by scrolling through the power buttons
6. Adjust the time from 10-60 mins, remember we recommend a maximum of 10-15 mins per
area on setting 5.
7. The Mat will turn off once the timer reaches 0. (You can hold the on button to turn your
mat off before the timer reaches 0)
8. One the timer reaches 0 or you chose to end the session, turn the Mat off manually by
turning the manual dial to the off position, you will hear a click
9. When not in use, ensure the manual dial is turned down to off (you will hear a click)
10. We recommend unplugging your device from the wall when not in use.
NOTE
Please make sure any intended usage area is clean and dry before using this product. As
always with TLA products, DO NOT stare into the LEDs for any reason. They are incredibly
bright and may damage your eyes if stared into for prolonged periods.

burns or irritation may occur.
6. Do not use this device if you are sensitive to light, or you are currently taking medications
that increase light sensitivity. Doing so may result in a photosensitive reaction. Discontinue
use immediately if you experience any discomfort or sensitivity.
7. Contact your doctor before purchasing or using this device if you have any concerns
about using this device in general or while taking any current medications.
Eye Protection
TLA advises the use of eye protection with all TLA products that may come into your direct
vision.
DO NOT STARE INTO THE LED’S FOR ANY REASON as they are incredibly bright.
