    Energy Boosting!

    I love this supplement, I never eat organ meat and now after taking this supplement I believe this is the missing link to nutrients and vitamins I just wasnt getting through my cooking. After 1 week of taking this I felt like I was infused with extra energy, at first I thought it was a placebo effect but after 1 month I have sustained results (Ive also combined this with taking Inositol so not sure whether its the metabolic boosting combo). Listening to the Ageing Project I've been inspired to start lifting heavy weights (for the first time - Im in my fifties) I believe this supplement is giving me the extra mojo to keep going with this new regime. Im heading off to Italy in 2 weeks and will be packing my supply of Beef Liver and taking it with me!

    Beef Liver Capsules

    I have been taking them for about 2 weeks and I am really noticing a difference! I don't feel exhausted in the afternoons like I was and I still have energy into the evening which is great!
