    Great smoothie addition

    I love putting this in my smoothies. It doesn't alter the taste and is adding a whole heap of goodies to my breakfast banana smoothie each morning.

    Omg this is the bomb

    Love the taste, add this to yoghurt, smoothies and on its own with filtered water. It’s addictive. Ordering the tub when it is back in stock. Love love love this for health benefits as well of course 💕

    A great combination of essentials

    This is a great go to for balancing my hormones. It helps with moods and perimenopause systems like fatigue and energy. I find I only need it every 2-3 days at the moments as I’ve noticed an increase in headaches if taken daily. Best taken in a smoothie.
