    Only just started taking Inositol

    I have been taking Inositol for around 4 weeks. I take half a tsp two times a day just before I eat. It is quite pleasant to drink with water. I haven’t noticed any changes yet, but I was advised it would take around 3 months to show an effect.

    Beef Liver Inositol Combo

    Ive been using this product with Beef Liver capsules every morning as my new supplement ritual. Ive found a great improvement in my energy levels (not sure whether its this product or the beef liver or both as a combo). This ritual with a change to my diet has really helped my insulin resistance.
