I’ve been using this product for two weeks and absolutely love it. I add it to my morning smoothie. I have lost weight ,and I’m not constantly thinking about food all the time. I’m eating smaller meals. I just don’t seem to be as hungry as I was before, it’s helping me lose weight. I’ve just ordered another one. I don’t want to be without this product love it.

Only been taking this for a week, but went to the EKKA this week and found the only thing I've changed is adding this to water before meals, but I was able to walk, step up onto grandstands and jump down without pain!! My joint pain has been constant since perimenopause/menopause but noticed that I didn't have to fake no pain in front of the family. An unexpected perk of taking this for a few days. I'm not sure this benefit was stated but it is definitely a thing for me. Fat is starting to disappear and get softer around the mid belly area, clothes are fitting better under the boobs. Try it.

I have tried this and I think that it’s making a difference to some weight gain that I have been unable to shift, despite a healthy diet and exercise. I’ve purchased another container to continue with it.
