What is inositol?
Inositol is made naturally in the body. It's a fundamental part of cell membranes, and it's found in foods like fruit, beans, grains and nuts. Myo-inositol is the most common form.

- 100% pure myo-inositol, about 3,000mg per level 5ml teaspoon
- No fillers, flowing agents or added flavours
How to use
Start with about ½ to 1 level teaspoon, ideally before meals, dissolved in water or your drink of choice. Studies have used up to 6g a day in split servings. Build up gradually, as high doses can cause loose bowels.

This is the third time I’ve ordered Inositol. I’ve told so many people about this product how it stops cravings and food noise in my head. I’ve been using this product for two weeks and absolutely love it. I add it to my morning smoothie. I have lost weight ,and I’m not constantly thinking about food all the time. I’m eating smaller meals. I just don’t seem to be as hungry as I was before, it’s helping me lose weight. I’ve just ordered another one. I don’t want to be without this product love it.

Only been taking this for a week, but went to the EKKA this week and found the only thing I've changed is adding this to water before meals, but I was able to walk, step up onto grandstands and jump down without pain!! My joint pain has been constant since perimenopause/menopause but noticed that I didn't have to fake no pain in front of the family. An unexpected perk of taking this for a few days. I'm not sure this benefit was stated but it is definitely a thing for me. Fat is starting to disappear and get softer around the mid belly area, clothes are fitting better under the boobs. Try it.
