I'm completely biased here (as I had part in making these)! We designed these because we've seen too much digestive dysfunction increasing over the years. It is a formula designed to soothe and nourish the gut to foster a healthy microbiome.

Start with 1 tsp per day and build up to a tablespoon at least 3-4 times per week. Can be taken as a fibre shot mixed into your favourite alternative milk or can be put into smoothies, baking and cooking.

    Worst packaging ever

    The product is great but the worst most annoying packaging. Ridiculously hard to take the lid off each time that I ended up transferring the powder to another air tight container. I don’t have arthritis or any dexterity issues and also asked my husband to inspect it. I don’t know how someone with weak hands would manage.

    I wouldn’t purchase again unless the packaging changed.
