    Useful but disappointing progress?!

    Hi Team,

    Despite being pretty strictly Keto for 5 weeks now, I’ve only managed trace ketones in my urine. I keep hoping for a darker pink/purple but it never comes?! Any suggestions? I’ve been having almost NO carbs at all (other than a handful of Raspberries.
