Plug your pad into the AC power adapter and then into the wall socket and press the power button or, alternatively, use the included battery pack for greater mobility during use.

Secure the band firmly but not tightly, against the sore area or joint you want to treat. Select the desired mode using the on button, and let the pad work its magic.
