      This works well in coffee

      I like the oil, it gives more flavour to my coffee and I think it makes me feel fuller for longer.

      To think it is also benefiting me is great. An easy addition to my health regime.

      It works!

      Great product and after 2 weeks I’m am definitely feeling the benefits. More energy and my belly has gone down a little. The only negative comment I have relates to the packaging. The bottle does not pour well…oil runs down the side. Perhaps a better pouring lid would assist.
