Believe it or not, organ meats are a very underappreciated superfood! Full of iron, B vitamins, vitamin A, zinc etc they are essentially a fantastic food derived multivitamin.

I take 2-3 capsules daily or even open them up into cooking for the entire family.

    My food tastes better since taking Primal Multi!!

    Ive been taking the Primal Multi for a few weeks now after my GP advised me to take an IRON supplement. I take 4 capsules every other day ( TUE/THUR/SAT) and recently I noticed when eating that my taste buds seem to have returned and I can really taste what I am easting.

    I also noticed the whites of my eyes are a little brighter since starting this supplement.

    Not sure if these are a result of taking this supplement - but it is definitely been of benefit to me.

    Must have product!

    This product has secured its place in my everyday life. I find that I am no longer having those terrible afternoon crashes and can power through the other day without an afternoon coffee. Getting out of bed isn't as hard and overall my mood has been better as well! Can't recommend this supplement enough!!
