I'm completely biased here (as I had part in making these)! We designed these because we've seen too much digestive dysfunction increasing over the years. It is a formula designed to soothe and nourish the gut to foster a healthy microbiome.

Start with 1 tsp per day and build up to a tablespoon at least 3-4 times per week. Can be taken as a fibre shot mixed into your favourite alternative milk or can be put into smoothies, baking and cooking.

    Love the fibre this product has without even knowing it. My tummy loves it. Pop it in a smoothie and you dont even know its there.

    I have been using this for a while and am thrilled with the results. My belly feels better overall. I either put on cereal but prefer to mix in my shakes each morning. You must try it!!
