I'm completely biased here (as I had part in making these)! We designed these because we've seen too much digestive dysfunction increasing over the years. It is a formula designed to soothe and nourish the gut to foster a healthy microbiome.

Start with 1 tsp per day and build up to a tablespoon at least 3-4 times per week. Can be taken as a fibre shot mixed into your favourite alternative milk or can be put into smoothies, baking and cooking.

    Easy to digest and perfect addition to the smoothie

    Essential Daily Intake

    Gut Food

    I’ve been using this product for some time now and I wouldn’t be without it. I always had trouble with irregular bowel movements but since consulting with Lynsey and following her recommendations, including taking Gut Food daily, that problem has disappeared and I feel so much better for it.
