I'm completely biased here (as I had part in making these)! We designed these because we've seen too much digestive dysfunction increasing over the years. It is a formula designed to soothe and nourish the gut to foster a healthy microbiome.

Start with 1 tsp per day and build up to a tablespoon at least 3-4 times per week. Can be taken as a fibre shot mixed into your favourite alternative milk or can be put into smoothies, baking and cooking.

    It works!

    Essential Daily Intake
