The Omega is Cymbiotika's fish-free omega-3. Instead of fish oil, it gets its DHA and EPA from algae, which is where fish get their omega-3s in the first place. It comes as a lemon-flavoured liquid in a pump bottle, with no fishy aftertaste.

How to use

Take 12 pumps (2ml) a day, pumped onto a spoon or into a drink, with or without food. Store somewhere cool and dark, or in the fridge once opened. Don't freeze.

Easy Omega that tastes good!
I love this product, it is my second purchase and I feel it has made a difference to my skin already.
I don’t eat a lot of fish so this is a super convenient way for me to get essential omegas daily. I don’t mix it with anything because it tastes good!
