Golden Mind is Cymbiotika's botanical blend for busy days, in single-serve liquid pouches with a warm vanilla cinnamon flavour that tastes a little like a chai. Squeeze it straight in or stir it into your morning drink.

How to use

This is a golden gem for the body and the mind. I like to take it in the morning when I have a big day at work ahead and I know I need to focus, because it does just that. I feel more alert, focused and energised. I like to take it on its own as I like the taste.

A delicious easy to consume anxiety reducing supplement. I put my sister on to this gem of a product because the results blew me away. Initially I took it everyday but have been successful at reducing the dose to once or twice a week. I add the pouch to a glass of spring water. 5/5 stars
