What is liposomal vitamin C?
Liposomal means the vitamin C is wrapped in tiny spheres made from phospholipids, the same kind of fats that make up your cell membranes. Cymbiotika uses phosphatidylcholine from sunflower lecithin. It's a popular alternative to tablets if you'd rather not swallow a large pill.

How to use
Take one pouch a day, squeezed straight into your mouth or stirred into water or juice, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
