Take 1 heaped tablespoon (10 g) twice daily, preferably before your meal.

Mix, shake, or blend 2 heaped tablespoons (20 g) with water, milk, or coffee.
Enjoy before/after exercise, or anytime. Take 1–2 serves daily.
