When time is short or you don't have the energy to prepare breakfast, Shelley’s smoothie is the
perfect go-to. It’s quick, nourishing, and packed with goodness.

Shelley’s Smoothie Recipe:
1 scoop KETO GREENS
½-1 tablespoon MCT Oil
1 scoop Gut Food
1 handful fresh spinach
½ cup frozen berries
½ avocado
1 cup plant milk or ½ cup water + ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup ice

METHOD:
Simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. This smoothie is packed with alkalizing greens and antioxidant-rich berries. It’s the perfect way to fuel your your body.



Gut Food:
Give your gut the TLC it deserves by mixing a heaped teaspoon (or up to a tablespoon) of Gut Food into your favourite milk, blending it into a smoothie, or adding it to your favourite baking recipe. Make sure you drink lots of water throughout the day to get Gut Food moving through your gastrointestinal tract so it can do all its important work!

Size: 300g (30 serves)

Keto Greens:
Pour and mix 1 pack of Keto-Green Protein Powder to 250ml of pure water or blend with your favourite smoothie.

1-2 servings daily for optimal results.

MCT Oil:
Start with 1/2 teaspoon per day. After one week slowly increase dosage to 1 teaspoon per day. Do not exceed maximum of 2 tablespoons per dosage.

Flavour free oil for everyday use. Can be taken straight, added to hot drinks, smoothies food and salad dressings.
For best results, take as part of a low carbohydrate diet.
