    Disappointed

    I tried this product and was very disappointed because it caused nausea. I tried it before meals and after meals but I still suffered an upset stomach. I was hoping for my stomach problems to be solved!

    Good Product

    I have been using Gut Reset for the last two weeks and have really noticed the difference. I am nowhere near as bloated after I eat. It's amazing how good this feels.

    Not for me

    I took this for the duration of one bottle. I'm not sure it really worked.

    I possibly needed to try it for a bit longer, but I didn't reorder because the capsules have a very strong odour, which I found a bit challenging - you've really got to get them in quickly and they can leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth if you don't have enough water for them to go straight down.

    I'm now trying the Nourished Blends Gut Food to see how that goes.
