    Mighty Energy Plus

    This stuff works! I’ve been having it first thing in the morning mixed in a glass of water. It tastes nice, although the texture is a little bit grainy which I don’t mind. (Im sure if it was mixed with yoghurt/smoothie you’d wouldn’t notice). What I gave noticed is I have A-LOT more energy throughout the day. This has knock on effects of happier mood and less likely to reach for food. I love it and it is now part of my morning routine.
