Longevity Tea - Loose Leaf Tin

Every cup of tea will provide you with 8% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve an even higher absorption.

Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 7 minutes for desired strength. Best served without milk, hot or chilled, with honey or lemon to taste.

Ingredients: Oolong (Camellia sinensis), Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum), Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), Natural flavour, Monk Fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii), Edible Mica powder (Mica, baked silica – FDA approved).
