Recover Rest

Not Your Average Hot Chocolate. RECOVER REST is a clinically formulated 5-in-1 complex of high-performing, targeted ingredients, carefully blended in precise ratios to support:

Energy metabolism
Tiredness, sleep and fatigue
Muscle function and recovery

At the core of this formula is 100% of your daily dose of Magnesium, combined with essential amino acids Glycine and Tryptophan and our unique Trace Mineral Support System (Zinc, Copper, and Potassium).

Together, these ingredients are known to fuel many biochemical processes, helping to reduce fatigue, boost cellular energy production, support muscle repair, and protect cells from oxidative stress.

Rich, Rainforest Alliance cocoa is blended with creamy coconut milk powder to deliver a smooth, chocolatey ritual, while offering antioxidant support known to combat free radical damage.

Our Trace Mineral Support System plays a role in muscle recovery, electrolyte balance and the cross-linking of collagen and elastin, which is essential for skin firmness, strength, and muscle repair.

With only 34 calories and only 0.3g of sugar per serve, RECOVER REST merges science with indulgence, transforming recovery into a deeply restorative ritual.

Compliment your Rich Hot Chocolate experience with our Limited Edition custom handmade pottery cuddle cup, enrobed in our signature gift box. With a matt, brushed chocolate exterior and a smooth, silky rich burgundy, your cup will elevate your ritual so that you can go deeper into rest.
