1. Before Shower - Use the spiky side of the glove to stimulate and open lymph flow. Remember to always follow the sequence, starting at your chest and always brushing towards your heart.
2. After Shower - Use the cream, do a couple of light pumps and start massaging into your upper area stroking towards your heart noticing any lumps and bumps, do another couple of pumps and go from your lower legs upwards towards your heart and repeat the process.
3. Then use the magnetic ball side to massage deeper and stimulate lymphatic flow and promote increased absorption into the muscles for greater therapeutic results. Can also be rolled over clothes.
