Morning

Her Balance: Add 10 g (1 scoop) to water, juice, or a smoothie; mix well. (Small lumps are normal.) One jar ≈ 30 days.

Beauty Renewal: Add 15 ml to ≈200 ml cool/room-temp water; refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 90 days. Lovely in a wine glass with ice for an alcohol-free “spritz.”

Before meals
