Course Details

How Tiffany Teaches

Tiffany teaches you to have your own practice and to do this she must integrate it into your life.

​Two session options - Morning or Evening. Taught over three consecutive sessions with a follow up the following week.

Course Dates:

Session 1: Tuesday 26th September
Session 2: Wednesday 27th September
Session 3: Thursday 28th September
Session 4: Follow up session held the following week.
Thursday 5th October 9.30 - 10.30am OR 5.00 - 6.00pm

Sessions each range from 60 - 90 minutes. After the third session Tiffany will have a follow up with you the week later to check in and see how meditation is integrating with your life.

How to Attend Sessions

Session are held via zoom and enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. This is a group course.
